Lomi 'ō'io or bonefish is a classic Hawaiian dish made of spoon scraped fish mixed with aromatics and other delicious flavors. A true Hawaiian delicacy that makes a great appetizer.

Steps:
- To a medium sized bowl add 'ō'io, water, and Hawaiian salt. Using chopsticks or a fork mix until mixture becomes a paste like consistency.
- Once you get the consistency you like add green onions, limu kohu, inamona, and chili peppers. Mix until well combined.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and line with parchment paper one 10 inch tube pan.
- Cream butter or margarine, sugar, and eggs together; add salt, baking soda, crushed pineapple, and pineapple juice. Add coconut, walnuts, and vanilla. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Steps:
- CAKE:.
- Beat egg white and cream of tartar until stiff, but not dry.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar; set aside.
- Sift rest of sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add egg yolks into mixture. Whip egg white mixture lightly into other mixture.
- Use 13x9x3 pan. 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Cool on rack (invert) 45 minutes.
- FROSTING AND FILLING:.
- Combine all ingredients except coconut into saucepan.
- Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Cool.
- Spread on Haupia Cake.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
