HAMBURGER DELIGHT
This is a recipe I concocted many years ago and we still make it! Fast and easy and very versatile.

Steps:
- Brown chuck and onion in heavy skillet Add spinach and heat through.
- Make a hole in the middle of the above mixture.
- Break the two eggs in the hole in the spinach mixture and scramble the eggs until completely mixed in with the spinach mixture.
- Add mushrooms.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Nothing beats a simple hamburger on a warm summer evening! Ground beef is blended with an easy to prepare bread crumb mixture. Pile these burgers with your favorite condiments, pop open a cool drink and enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, salt and pepper. Place ground beef and bread crumbs into the mixture. With hands or a fork, mix until well blended. Form into 4 patties approximately 3/4 inch thick.
- Place patties on the prepared grill. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Add taco seasoning, fiesta corn, and mixed vegetables.
- Top with the cheese (optional).

VEGGIE BURGER DELIGHT
This is a veggie burger that I made up myself of off the basis of a few different recipes I know...a lot of it is my own adding though, because I like the textures. You can have this on Pita bread, regular bread, or on it's own with whatever you please! This would be excellent with a tahini sauce. I will update when I try with one from Zaar.

Steps:
- Rinse, and soak the beans overnight or until they have doubled in size looking plump.
- Drain the beans.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put the beans in a blender or food processor until finely chopped.
- Take the onions, parsley, garlic, cumin, salt, corianer seeds, baking soda, ground red pepper and add to the blender or food processor. Make sure to pulse it so they are only coarsely chopped.
- Empty into a bowl and stir in the flour.
- Then add chopped mushrooms, tomatoes (with no pulp), alfalfa sprouts, salt and sesame seeds with hands not mixing too much otherwise they will not hold.
- Now, with your hands, form enough to make either 4-6 patties (depends on the size you want), make sure your hands are wet as the miz will be easier to handle.
- Place on an oiled baking sheet, and cook approximately 10 minutes on each side or until brown and heat through.
- Enjoy!
- NOTE: prep time doesn't include soaking the beans overnight.

HAMBURGERS DELUXE
I like this recipe because it is easy to make and creates a nutritious and delicious hamburger. This recipe comes from a low fat cookbook titled "Cookbook for the 90's". However, low fat does not mean it will taste any less. In fact everyone has raved at how good these hamburgers taste.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl combine onions, mustard, relish, catsup, garlic powder, beef and oat bran.
- Throughly mix together.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Broil 7- 10 minutes on each side.
- Slice hamburger buns in half, lightly toast.
- Top with meat patty, lettuce and alfalfa sprouts,if desired.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Makes 4 burgers.
- Note: They can also be cooked on the grill; Add your favorite hamburger toppings.
