- Combine the coconut oil, apricot preserves, orange juice, coconut aminos, and 1 tbsp. of Cajun spice in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a light boil and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Pulse the apricot sauce with an immersion blender until smooth and set aside. Preheat grill to high heat. Season the steak with the remaining Cajun spice. Brush the steaks with the apricot sauce. Grill the steaks on the preheated grill 6 to 8 minutes per side. Let the steak rest 2 to 3 minutes; serve with remaining apricot glaze.
