EVERYTHING BAGEL GRILLED CHEESE
This everything bagel grilled cheese will be your new favourite sandwich. The grilled cheese bagel is loaded with fried onions.

Steps:
- Fry onions with a tbsp of butter in a small pan over medium heat until nicely browned (about 5 minutes).
- Preheat another small frying pan on medium heat for the grilled cheese.
- Butter the cut sides of the bagel.
- Place one half of the bagel buttered side down in the frying pan and flatten down a bit with a spatula.
- Top with one slice of cheese followed by the onions and another slice of cheese.
- Place the remaining bagel half on top buttered side up and then flatten the whole sandwich with the spatula.
- Allow the sandwich to cook until the bottom is golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
- Flip the sandwich and brown the other side.
- Serve and enjoy!

GRILLED CHEESE WITH EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING
Steps:
- Mix together the cream cheese and scallions until well combined.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bread slices and toast until lightly browned on one side; remove to a cutting board, toasted-side up (the toasted sides will become the insides of your sandwich). Spread all four slices with scallion cream cheese, then sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Top two of the slices with mozzarella, sliced tomato and red onion. Press the capers into the cream cheese on the other two slices. Form sandwiches.
- Add a bit more butter to the skillet if it seems dry. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, cover with a lid and cook until toasted on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the sandwiches and cook, covered, until toasted on the reverse side and the mozzarella is melted, about another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, cut in half and serve.
- Mix together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion and salt.
SCALLION CREAM CHEESE CORN ON THE COB
Steps:
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Reserve 2 or 3 of the scallions for serving.
- Drizzle the corn and remaining scallions with the olive oil, season with a big pinch of salt and 5 to 6 turns of pepper and toss around so everything is coated. Place the scallions directly on the grill grates and cook, turning a few times, until charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Grill the corn, turning every couple of minutes, until nice and charred, 10 to 12 minutes depending on the grill (just keep cooking until they are the level of charred you prefer; be careful, they will pop). Remove from the grill and keep warm.
- Thinly slice the reserved scallions and set aside.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- When the grilled scallions are cool enough to handle, chop them finely and add them to the cream cheese mixture with the everything bagel seasoning. Stir to combine, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. (You will probably need to add salt if your everything seasoning does not have salt.)
- Schmear the cream cheese mixture on the corn and serve topped with the sliced fresh scallions and additional everything seasoning.
- Alternatively, this can be made into a dip: cut the corn off the cob, mix with the cream cheese mixture and fresh scallions, pour into a baking dish, top with any good melting cheese and bake until bubbly. Serve with pretzels or chips.
