From Kraftfoods(dot)com website. I made these for a party and I've had so many people request the recipe. Kraft calls for using finely chopped onions but I skipped that just to make it an even faster appetizer to get on the table.

Ingredients

16 crackers (I have used Ritz & Cobblestone Wheat Crackers)
1/3 cup whipped cream cheese spread
1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
16 large fresh shrimp, cooked (or pre-cooked frozen shrimp that has been thawed)
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion (optional)

Steps:

Spread each cracker with 1 tsp of the cream cheese spread.
Top evenly with the cocktail sauce and one shrimp.
Sprinkle some of the finely chopped onions on top (if you desire).

Ingredients

6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1 cup finely chopped cooked peeled shrimp
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Add the parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce and seafood seasoning; mix well. Stir in shrimp and mozzarella cheese., Spoon filling into tart shells. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes or until shells are lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c cocktail sauce, you may want to use more
4-6 oz mini shrimp, frozen and defrosted (canned is ok)

Steps:

1. Place softened cream cheese on a serving dish.
2. Top with the cocktail sauce.
3. Sprinkle mini shrimp on top of cocktail sauce.
4. Serve with Ritz crackers, or crackers of your choice. Enjoy!
