SPICY GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS
These sweet and spicy grapefruit margaritas are so refreshing! You can leave out the jalapeño if you want a basic, fresh grapefruit margarita, but I love the kick that the pepper provides. Recipe below yields one drink, so multiply as necessary.

Steps:
- First, prepare your glasses. Mix together the salt and chili on a small, rimmed plate. Run a lime wedge around the outer top edge of your glasses, then roll the edges in the chili-salt so it sticks. Place one big ice cube or a few smaller ice cubes in each glass.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, add the lime juice, agave nectar and jalapeño slice. Use a muddler to crush the jalapeño. Pour in the grapefruit juice and tequila, then top off the shaker with ice. Fasten the lid on securely and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into your prepared glasses. If you want to be cute about it, garnish the drinks with a small wedge of grapefruit, sliced halfway through the middle so it rests on your glass. Cheers!

- Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with grapefruit slice. If desired, sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice., In an empty cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec and grapefruit juice. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass and top with grenadine (it will sink to the bottom of the glass). Garnish with grapefruit slice.

Got this recipe from a website called Domestic Me and love it. The combination of fresh pink grapefruit and lime juices, good tequila, and agave is truly a beautiful thing. And the chipotle chile salt with lime zest set it off. The kick of heat from the chile powder enhances the tart-sweetness of the margarita, and each sip is somehow spicy, smoky, and refreshing all at the same time. The original recipe calls for 5 ounces of tequila - but that's way to strong for wimpy me - you can adjust to fit your taste

- In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, chile powder and lime zest.
- Moisten the rim of two glasses with a lime wedge.
