Steps:
- Preheat oven to 275°. Pulse almonds in a food processor until finely chopped (do not overprocess). Spread in a 15x10x1-in. pan; bake until golden brown, 6-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a shallow bowl; cool slightly., In another bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese, parsley and cream until blended. Insert a skewer into each grape. Roll grapes in cheese mixture, then in almonds; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

- Crush the nuts by placing into a resealable plastic bag and pounding with a mallet or rolling pin. Alternatively, you can pulse several times in a spice grinder, food processor or blender. Place the crushed nuts in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Cut a piece of plastic wrap about 8 inches square. Then spoon a tablespoon of the cheese mixture into the middle.
- Place a grape into the middle of the cheese and wrap the plastic around it to coat, shaping it into a ball. Then drop it into the crushed nuts and roll to coat completely, placing onto a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.

- Mix goat cheese, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon minced chives, honey and pepper thoroughly in a bowl. Set aside remaining chives.
- Using around 1 tablespoon of cheese mix, place one grape in the middle, forming cheese mixture around grape into a ball shape. Place each grape cheese ball on a plate lined with wax paper.
- Before serving, place remaining chives in one bowl and walnuts in second bowl. Roll half the cheese balls in remaining chives and the other half in walnuts until evenly coated. Serve.
