This is so yummy, I never make enough. Seasoned pork chops are smothered in a golden mushroom sauce and baked with fresh mushroom slices and onion.

6 pork chops
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
½ cup fresh sliced mushrooms
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate small bowl, combine the onion, mushrooms and soup. Mix together well and spoon over the chops.
  • Cover, and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Uncover, and bake for 15 more minutes. (Note: Time could be less or more depending on the thickness of the chops.) Pork chops are done when their internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

1/4 teaspoon clove
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
29 ounces cling peach halves, drained
1/4 cup reserved peach juice
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Lightly brown pork chops on both sides.
  • Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and place in bottom of crock pot Place drained peaches on top of pork chops; reserving a 1/4 cup of peach juice.
  • Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce; 1/4 cup peach juice, and vinegar.
  • Pour tomato mixture over peaches and pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

  • Line a cake pan or baking dish with foil.

  • Cover chops with rest of golden mushroom soup.
  • Cover with foil.

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1-1/2 cups crushed corn bread stuffing
4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

1 can (29 ounces) peach halves
5 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
1 tablespoon canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use); set fruit and juice aside. 2 butterflied pork chops (cut thick, at least an inch)
2 limes, quartered
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
fresh cracked pepper
mesquite wood chips, soaked in water (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut the pork chops in half, and while the grill is heating, squeeze a quarter of a lime over each of the four pieces.
  • Sprinkle all four chops evenly on both sides with the thyme and tarragon and press spices in.
  • Grind black pepper to taste on one side.
  • When grill is hot, put mesquite chips on coals.
  • Sear both sides of the chops quickly and then grill until done, turning once.
  • Remove from grill to heated platter.
  • Immediately salt and squeeze a little lime on each chop.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, loosely covered.
  • Serve with any accumulated platter juices.

You can use any type of pork chop you choose, I have used everything from center cut to sirloin, bone-in, boneless, it's all the same. The soup not only tenderizes the pork, it also serves as a perfect gravy, with no additional work required.

6 pork chops
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans campbells condensed golden mushroom soup (NOT cream of mushroom)
8 ounces mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
1 large onion, cut in half then sliced
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
kosher salt and pepper
olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 300. Heat 2-3 teaspoons oil in dutch oven over medium to medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • 2. Meanwhile, pat chops dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper. Place in hot oil and cook until pork chops release from pan and are golden.
  • 3. Remove chops and sautee onions until softened. Add garlic and mushrooms and continue cooking until onions turn golden and mushrooms are cooked.
  • 4. Mix in condensed soup and return chops, making sure to cover them completely.
  • 5. Cover and cook for 2-3 hours. Meat should be fork tender. Continue cooking if it isn't.
  • 6. Enjoy chops with mashed potatoes, everything topped with the mushrooms and gravy.
