6 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup good dark rum, divided
1 1/2 cups brewed espresso, divided
16 to 17 ounces mascarpone cheese
30 Italian ladyfingers, or savoiardi
Bittersweet chocolate, shaved or grated
Confectioners' sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment on high speed for about 5 minutes, or until very thick and light yellow. Lower the speed to medium and add 1/4 cup rum, 1/4 cup espresso, and the mascarpone. Whisk until smooth.
  • Combine the remaining 1/4 cup rum and 1 1/4 cups espresso in a shallow bowl. Dip 1 side of each ladyfinger in the espresso/rum mixture and line the bottom of a 9 by 12 by 2-inch dish. Pour half the espresso cream mixture evenly on top. Dip 1 side of the remaining ladyfingers in the espresso/rum mixture and place them in a second layer in the dish. Pour the rest of the espresso cream over the top. Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the top with shaved chocolate and dust lightly with confectioners' sugar, if desired.

3 tablespoons sugar
1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled
2 teaspoons dark rum
24 packaged ladyfingers
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate shavings, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer with whisk attachment, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Add mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of espresso and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • In a small shallow dish, add remaining espresso and rum. Dip each ladyfinger into espresso for only 5 seconds. Letting the ladyfingers soak too long will cause them to fall apart. Place the soaked ladyfinger on the bottom of a 13 by 9 inch baking dish, breaking them in half if necessary in order to fit the bottom.
  • Spread evenly 1/2 of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Arrange another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • Cover tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

1/2 pound Mascarpone cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. Rum
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 cups brewed Espresso
3 Tbsp. Godiva Liqueur
3 egg whites
20 to 25 Lady Finger Cookies
Cocoa Powder or shaved Godiva Chocolate

Steps:

  • Preparation: In a mixing bowl set over a pan of simmering water, beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture is pale yellow and thick ribbons foll from the whisk (4 to 5 minutes). Add the mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth and creamy. In a chilled large mixing bowl, beat the cream to stiff peaks. Add the rum, vanilla and 2 Tbsp. of espresso and beat until smooth. In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. With a spatula, gently fold the mascarpone mixture into the cream until blended and smooth. Add about 1 cup of the beaten egg whites and gold gently until blended. Add the remaining egg whites and fold gently until the mixture is smooth and blended. Combine 1-1/2 cups espresso with 3 Tbsp. Godiva Liqueur. One at a time, submerge each lady finger into the mixture and lay it on the bottom of a 3-quart glass or ceramic baking dish (about 2 inches deep). Continue to form a complete layer. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers until evenly covered. Arrange another layer of soaked layfingers over the cream. Spread the remaining cream evenly over the top. Dust the Tiramisu with cocoa or shaved Godiva Chocolate. Refigerate at least 4 hours or up to 1 day before serving.

2 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar
¾ cup mascarpone cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
10 ladyfinger cookies, broken in half, or more as needed
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ ounce dark chocolate, grated

Steps:

  • Stir espresso and 2 tablespoons Marsala wine together in a shallow bowl.
  • Whisk egg yolks, 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon Marsala wine together in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, until thick, pale yellow, and creamy, 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Whisk egg yolk mixture, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and salt together in a bowl until completely smooth.
  • Beat egg whites in a glass or metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the egg whites will form sharp peaks. Gently stir and fold 1/2 the egg whites into egg yolk mixture; fold in remaining 1/2 egg whites.
  • Place 1 heaping spoonful mascarpone mixture into a single-serving cup or glass. Dip 2 ladyfinger cookie halves briefly in espresso mixture and turn 3 to 4 times to coat. Place cookie halves in the bottom of the glass on top of mascarpone.
  • Fill the glass halfway with mascarpone mixture. Dip 5 ladyfinger halves in the espresso mixture and place vertically along the inside of the glass, dipping and placing more ladyfinger halves as necessary to fit the glass. Place 2 dipped ladyfinger halves horizontally on top of the mascarpone mixture. Fill glass to the top with mascarpone mixture. Repeat for the second serving glass.
  • Wrap both glasses in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove plastic wrap and dust tops with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

16 -20 ladyfingers
1 lb mascarpone cheese

1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
3 -4 ounces dark chocolate, grated

Steps:

  • Mix 3 ounces of Godiva Liqueur with coffee and set aside.
  • For each serving, trim 4 ladyfingers to fit along the sides and bottom of a 1 cup soufflé dish.
  • Pour 1 ounce of the reserved coffee into each soufflé dish and set aside.
  • Beat together the mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, sugar and remaining 2 ounces of Godiva Liqueur until smooth.
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff; fold into the cheese.
  • Divide the filling evenly among the soufflé dishes; sprinkle with chocolate and refrigerate overnight.

1 cup double brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
4 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces godiva praline hazelnut biscuits (2 boxes)
16 ounces godiva petite mousse biscuits, crushed (4 boxes)
milk chocolate cocoa, as needed for dusting
8 -10 godiva dark chocolate heart biscuits, 1 per serving (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix the brewed coffee and 2 tbsp of the liqueur in a bowl and set aside.
  • Set a double boiler.
  • Beat yolks. Add the sugar and salt to the yolks and beat continuosly over your double boiler until the mixture reaches 160 degrees F. When ready, the mixture should be thick and lemon-colored. Remove from heat.
  • Add the extra chocolate liqueur and beat into the egg mixture.
  • Add the mascarpone and beat until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to medium peak. Mix about 1/3 of the cream to the egg-mascarpone mixture, to lighten it. Then mix in the rest, folding lightly until no white steaks remain. Reserve.
  • Dip each of the Godiva Hazelnut Praline biscuits into the coffee-liqueur mixture for a moment. Place the biscuits in a serving dish ( a 9" x 13" ), repeat this process until you have a single layer of biscuits as your base.
  • Cover with a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Sprinkle the crushed Godiva Petite Mousse biscuits evenly across the mascarpone layer. Repeat the last 2 steps until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a mascarpone layer. Dust the cocoa over the Tiramisu, cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Garnish with a Godiva Dark Truffle heart biscuit and serve.

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, 2 minutes. In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Fold into pudding; cover and refrigerate., Arrange half of the ladyfingers cut side up in an 11x7-in. dish. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water; drizzle half over the ladyfingers. Spread with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cocoa. Refrigerate until serving.
