GLUTEN-FREE PEAR BREAD
Wow family and friends with this Gluten-Free Pear Bread -- an easy gluten-free baking recipe featuring fresh pears, perfect for fall!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Cut one pear in half. Dice one pear half and set aside for Streusel. Grate remaining pear and pear half to yield 1 cup grated pear.
- Cream oil and brown sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in grated pear.
- Whisk together flour and next 6 ingredients (through ginger). Add to oil mixture alternately with buttermilk. Pour into prepared pan.
- Combine remaining Streusel ingredients and toss with reserved diced pear. Sprinkle over top of batter in pan and press in slightly to batter.
- Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 minutes.
- Remove bread from pan. Combine powdered sugar and cream. Drizzle over bread.

- In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; stir into the egg mixture just until moistened. Toss pears with lemon juice. Stir pears and walnuts into batter (batter will be thick). , Spoon into 2 greased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

BEST BANANA BREAD - NO EGG, NO MILK, GLUTEN FREE
This is very easy to make, contains no egg or milk. I use gluten free all purpose flour and it comes out totally fabulous! The recipe is adjusted from 'My favourite Banana Bread Recipe - it has No Eggs' I found on the web! The recipe is only enough for a petite loaf pan (about 5x3 inches). Double the recipe for a standard size pan.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Lightly grease an petite loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter (or oil) and sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt
- Blend in the mashed bananas.
- Stir in the chocplate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until it tests done with a toothpick.
