Ingredients

Ice
8 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's, chilled
8 ounces tonic, chilled
4 ounces club soda, chilled
1 ounce lime juice, strained and chilled
4 lime twists

Steps:

Add ice to 4 stemless white wine glasses.
Divide the gin, tonic, club soda and lime juice evenly among the glasses and stir. Garnish each with a lime twist.

1 blueberry or lemon ice pop
1 ounce gin
1 ounce elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
Tonic water, for topping
Blueberries, for garnish

Steps:

Place the ice pop in a glass. Pour the gin, elderflower liqueur and 1 ounce ice water over the pop; top with tonic water. Stir the cocktail with the ice pop and garnish with blueberries.

3/4 ounce beet juice
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
Fresh sage leaf, for garnish

Steps:

Add the gin, ginger liqueur, beet juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into an up glass. Smack the sage leaf between your palms to release the aromatics and float on the cocktail. Detox while you retox.
