FRESH & FROSTY SPICED HONEY-GINGER LEMONADE
After a day of hard work in the garden, I was aching for a cold glass of lemonade. This recipe came to me as I was contemplating how to put it together: I wanted a zippy lemonade and remembered some spiced honey that I had made plus there was ginger ale in the frig. If you have all of the ingredients on hand, this comes together in minutes with NO effort at all! Have fresh lemon juice frozen in ice cube trays, cold ginger ale, and this recipe Recipe #110383 in your pantry and you'll always have a delicious, refreshing drink at the ready!

Steps:
- NOTE: This is made in a 12 ounce glass. My ice cube makes cubes that equals 1 tablespoon. So, if you want to use freshly squeezed lemon juice rather than frozen, you'll need 3 tablespoons of juice to equal the 3 frozen cubes of lemon juice.
- In a 12 ounce glass, put 3 plain ice cubes and 3 cubes of frozen lemon juice.
- In a separate small glass, pour in 1 tablespoon of the Spiced Honey. Add 1/4 cup of very hot water and stir with a spoon to dissolve honey thoroughly.
- Pour hot honey water over the ice and lemon cubes and stir thoroughly until cubes are almost melted.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with cold ginger ale. Stir to combine flavours and enjoy!

FRESH MINT AND GINGER LEMONADE
I love the gingery-zing, and the mint flavour that this delicious lemonade has. Very refreshing. 40 minutes passive cooking time is actually steeping time.

HOME MADE VELVET GINGER LEMONADE
When the universe gives you lemons - make naturally sweetened ginger lemonade! I remembered a frothy Lebanese lemonade my friend Christine made with a whole lemon. The zest from the whole lemon adds a strong, aromatic citrus essence, and the freshly grated ginger adds a special zing that makes this lemonade extraordinary. Those of you on the Body Ecology Diet, Sugar Circuit Diet, other sugar-free diets, or just watching your sugar intake could add in the desired amount of Stevia drops to your mix. Or you can halve the difference and use a little of a natural sweetener like agave, honey or yacon syrup, and then accent it with some drops of Stevia. Play around and find you perfect blend. For today, mine is this decadent agave-sweetened rich velvet lemonade that is absolutely to die for.

Steps:
- Place the agave and lemon juice in a saucepan until dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Place this "syrup" in the blender with the whole lemon and freshly grated ginger and blend until frothy.
- Stir through the desired amount of water and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves. You could add more freshly grated ginger for an extra punch.
- This non-alcoholic drink is so refreshing on a hot Summer day. For a cocktail you could always add in some Vodka.
