LOW-FAT FRUIT DIP
"This fruity dip is easy to prepare and so refreshing for summer get-togethers or brunches," writes Linda Venema from Fulton, Illinois. "The secret ingredient is the lemon-lime soda. - In a blender, combine the first six ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit.

FAT FREE FRUIT DIP
This is a great recipe. i used plain yogurt, but it tasted just weird so i tried vanilla yogurt and it was great. people were even dipping their cookies in it so i think if i make it thicker it will be a great frosting recipe too. but any kind will work.

- just mix it all together with a hand blender, then put in fridge for an hour or so. ( i had it in the fridge all night but did not try for just 1 hour so experiment with it) serve with fruit. ( or apparently cookies too).
LOW CAL YUMMY FRUIT DIP
My family usually makes this with full fat sour cream and while that's very good, what's the point of eating fruit if you cover it with fat? This is just as good and much healthier.

- Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- This can be made individually with just a little yogurt and the pudding mix to taste.

SUGAR FREE FRUIT DIP
This is a recipe I created because I my Diabetes. I usually use a recipe that called for marshmallow fluff but I thought that it had too much sugar. This is also lower in fat.
