1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
3/4 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

Toss greens with next 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Add dressing; mix lightly.

4 cups torn romaine
1 cup cubed cooked chicken

Steps:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, romaine, chicken and feta cheese. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.

4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Steps:

Roasted walnuts: Preheat oven to 350°F, spread walnuts on a cookie sheet and bake 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Salad: On a serving plate, layer greens, orange segments, onion, feta cheese and roasted walnuts.
Drizzle with raspberry dressing before serving.
