This Creamy Tortellini Alfredo is thick, cheesy, and with a touch of heat. You'll love the smooth texture and delicious flavors of this easy recipe.

18 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 ounce cream cheese
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)

Steps:

  • Fill a stockpot with water and let it come to a boil. Then generously salt it and add 18-20 ounces of cheese tortellini. Cook for about 3 minute
  • In the meantime, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Then stir in 1 ounce of cream cheese using a whisk.
  • Once the cream cheese is melted, add 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir for about 15 seconds.
  • Then pour in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Let the cream come to a simmer, then remove from the heat and stir in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan.
  • Season with salt and paper to taste. Lastly, add in 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes and 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.

1 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink., Drain tortellini mixture; add to skillet. Stir in salt, thyme, pepper and remaining oil; toss to coat.

3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 cup 2% milk
2 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated (about 2/3 cup)
1 (8 oz) slice deli ham (1/2 in. thick)
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 bag (16 oz) frozen cheese-filled tortellini
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 bag (6 oz) fresh baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Combine butter and flour in Classic Batter Bowl; whisk until smooth. Add pressed garlic and milk to butter mixture; whisk well. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 60 seconds. Add cheese; whisk until smooth. Dice ham using Chef's Knife. Add ham and black pepper to batter bowl. Mix well using Small Mix 'N Scraper®; set aside. Combine tortellini and broth in Deep Covered Baker. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 12-15 minutes or until tortellini are tender, stirring every 4-5 minutes. Add cheese sauce to baker; mix well. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in spinach; cover and let stand 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted. If desired, 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables such as thawed peas can be substituted for the spinach. 250g pack fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
250g pack cherry tomato
2 x packs parsley , leaves roughly chopped
3 tbsp finely grated parmesan

Steps:

  • Boil the pasta for 2 mins until just cooked. Meanwhile, heat the oil in the frying pan and sizzle the tomatoes until they start to blister.
  • When pasta is cooked, drain it quickly, reserving some cooking water. Put the tomatoes back on a high heat. Tip in the pasta, parsley, a splash of cooking water and most of the parmesan. Bubble everything together, season with black pepper and salt if you want. Serve with remaining parmesan.

2 cups frozen cheese tortellini (about 8 ounces)
1 pound ground turkey
2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese, divided
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook turkey, zucchini and garlic over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, 7-9 minutes, breaking turkey into crumbles; drain. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper flakes; cook 2 minutes longer. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese., Drain tortellini; add to skillet and toss to combine. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
