Steps:
- Special Equipment: 24-cup mini muffin tin
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter. Whisk in the flour and salt and fold in the cheeses and chives until evenly incorporated. Cover batter and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Put a mini muffin pan on the middle rack in the oven to warm for 10 minutes.
- Remove muffin tin from oven (careful, hot!) and pour the batter into the cups of the hot tin, filling almost to the top. Lightly sprinkle with cayenne. Bake the popovers until crisp and golden, about 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in corn, ketchup and steak sauce; set aside.
- Add water to baking mix; stir until mixture forms dough. Shape into ball. Place on lightly floured surface; knead 5 times or until smooth and no longer sticky. Roll into 12-inch circle; transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon meat mixture onto center of dough; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold edge of dough over meat, leaving center uncovered.
- Bake 20 min. Top filling with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with parsley.

Steps:
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Crack egg into butter and pierce yolk.
- Cover and cook until egg is firm enough to flip and cook on other side.
- After flipping, top egg with cheese, and cover pan.
- Turn off heat.
- Spread toast with butter or mayo, if desired.
- Slice cherry tomatoes and cover toast, if desired.
- When cheese is melted nicely, lift egg onto toast slice.
- Enjoy!
