2 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

Steps:

Stir together the avocados, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, and light mayonnaise. Chill for 1 hour.

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup packed herbs, chopped (I used basil, cilantro and parsley)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Steps:

Place avocados, herbs, lime juice, chili and salt in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Serve.

Half the avocados and remove pits. Take out the flesh and transfer it into a bowl. Mash it until smooth (or to you liking). Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, chia seeds and stir well.
