Fun and festive white chocolate popcorn with festive pastel candies.

Steps:
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with 20 seconds... then stir. Do another 10 seconds at a time until it is melted. Careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Drizzle the popcorn with the white chocolate. While the chocolate is still soft sprinkle the M&M's and sprinkles on top, making sure to get it on the areas with the chocolate so it will stick.
- Allow chocolate to harden. Break apart any large pieces and serve.

EASTER POPCORN
This popcorn is an easy and festive way to enjoy some leftover Easter candy! You can use any kind of candy, nuts, or "mix-ins" that you like! And make sure to adjust the salt at the end, it really helps to balance out the sweetness! Make sure to store this in a cool, dry, and airtight container, or the popcorn will become soft. It should be eaten within a few days of being made.

Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place popcorn, chocolate eggs, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Pour white chocolate chips into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds, about 2 minutes. Stir in butter and almond extract until fully melted and incorporated.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture and toss to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle in salt; stir. Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Adjust salt to taste.
- Let popcorn cool and harden before serving.

- Melt the candy melting wafers according to the package directions. Pour over the popcorn. Stir everything until it is coated.
- Pour the chocolate covered popcorn on a wax paper lined tray. Add the sprinkles and candy to the mixture.

- Pop popcorn in a popcorn popper into a large bowl (or alternately in the microwave if using microwave bags of popcorn) according to manufactures directions. Remove any unpopped popcorn kernels. Toss in broken pretzel pieces and M&Ms.
- Melt Vanilla Candy Melts in a microwave safe bowl on HIGH power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth. Drizzle half of melted chips over popcorn mixture, then stir, tossing gently a few times with a rubber spatula.
- Then drizzle remaining half of melted chips over popcorn, and gently stir mixture until evenly coated (don't over stir though or your sprinkles wont stick if the white chips begin to set and harden).
- Pour mixture into a single layer onto wax paper. Sprinkle entire mixture evenly with sprinkles before vanilla chips set. Allow to cool and harden, then gently break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
