1 cup almond milk
1 Earl Grey tea bag
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste

Steps:

  • Bring almond milk to a boil in a saucepan; add tea bag. Remove saucepan from heat and allow tea to steep, about 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag.
  • Mix chia seeds, vanilla extract, and brown sugar together in a bowl; stir into the almond milk mixture. Pour almond milk mixture into small bowls and top each with maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate until set, 8 hours to overnight.

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 tea bags Earl Grey
4 sheets gelatin
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
3 cups heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Place the milk, salt and tea bags in a small pot. Bring to a simmer, then remove from the heat and steep for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bloom the gelatin in ice water until soft. Bring the milk back to a boil, and then remove from the heat. Remove the tea bags and discard; add the gelatin to the milk, stirring until dissolved. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate, and stir until completely melted. Cool to room temperature.
  • Using an electric hand mixer, whip the cream to soft peaks, and fold into the chocolate. Pour the pudding into desired serving container and chill to set, at least 4 hours.

2 tea bags, Earl Grey
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup cake flour
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Place tea bags in heatproof bowl; pour boiling water over. Let steep 8 minures. Remove and discard tea bags.
  • Stir in brown sugar and and 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
  • Sift flour with remaining cocoa pwder and baking powder in separate bowl.
  • In a large bowl, combine egg with sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla.
  • Stir flour mixture into egg mixture.
  • Spread in prepared baking dish. Carefully pour tea mixture over batter but do not mix it inches.
  • Bake 25 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
