24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
Chocolate curls

Steps:

  • Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth; stir in pudding. Set aside., Gently spread ice cream topping into crust. In a large bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold 1-1/2 cups into pudding mixture; pour into crust. Spread remaining whipped cream over top; garnish with chocolate curls. Refrigerate until serving.

¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 ¼ cups confectioners' sugar
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then stir whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours until pie is firm.

1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked and cooled
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
chocolate syrup
whipped cream
peanuts

Steps:

  • Peanut butter layer:.
  • Heat peanut butter in micro just to soften.
  • Stir in powdered sugar till smooth. Pour and spread into prepared pie shell.
  • Stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt in 2 quart pyrex measuring cup.
  • Combine egg yolks and milk add to dry ingredients.
  • Cook in micro, whisking occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
  • Microwave for 1 minute more.
  • Remove from micro, whisk pie mixture smooth.
  • Whisk in butter and vanilla.
  • Add 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until chips are melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Pour over peanut layer.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with your choice and do enjoy! :).

1 baked pie crust (9 inch), cooled

Steps:

  • Beat whipped topping mix, 1 cup milk and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on high speed 6 min. or until soft peaks form.
  • Add remaining milk and dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed 2 min., stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl. Spoon into crust.

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 c peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 pkg instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz boxes)
2 c milk
4 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
OPTIONAL
additional whipped topping
chocolate curls, miniature chocolate chips, powdered cocoa, chopped peanuts, or chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • 1. With an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, stir together instant pudding and milk. Slowly add to peanut butter mixture.
  • 3. Beat on medium to high speed until well blended.
  • 4. Fold in whipped topping and stir until smooth.
  • 5. Pile the filling into crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • 6. Top as desired chocolate curls, miniature chocolate chips, powdered cocoa, or chopped peanuts, or drizzle with chocolate syrup.

DREAMY, CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING



Dreamy, Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting image

Without a doubt the best Peanut Butter Frosting I have ever made. Creamy, great flavor,and has never glazed over or got that "crusty" look to it like some frostings do once they have set up. With this recipe you can also omit the milk and you have a great peanut butter filling to sandwich in between cake layers. If by chance the frosting looks a bit stiff, you can blend in up to 1-2 more tablespoons of milk, just do so slowly and mix well before adding more. This makes 3 cups of frosting, enough to frost a 2 or 3 layer cake or a 13 by 9 inch sheet cake with some to spare. I hope you love this recipe as much as I do.

2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 -4 tablespoons milk

  • Place peanut butter and margarine in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an elextric mixer on low speed until fluffy, 30 seconds.
  • Add confectioners sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and the vanilla.
  • Blend on low speed until the sugar is well combined, 1 minute.Increase the speed to medium and beat until the frosting lightens and is fluffy, 1 more minute. Blend in only 1 tablespoon at a time,extra milk if frosting seems to stiff, up to 2 tablespoons.
