DOMINOS PIZZA SAUCE

Steps:

• In a stock pot, add oil and finely chopped garlic. Over a low heat cook the garlic for a minute.
• Further, add tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, and some spices like sugar, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, and cayenne pepper.
• As you see bubbles start foaming, turn off the heat and let the sauce cool.
• Transfer the pizza sauce to a glass jar.

PIZZA HUT PIZZA SAUCE - ( COPYCAT)

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
• Cook over medium heat until sauce starts to boil.
• Lower heat and simmer, covered,for 30 to 45 minutes or until it is as thick as you like it.
• Makes enough for 2 pizzas.

DOMINO'S PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring vigorously. Set aside to rest five minutes, and then stir again for three to five minutes.
• Add additional water or flour to achieve a smooth, sticky dough.
• Divide into four pieces and place each one into an oiled freezer bag.
• At this point, dough can be refrigerated or frozen.
• Allow to rise at room temperature and then punch down.
• Stretch each piece onto a ten inch pizza pan and allow to rest a few minutes.
• Top as usual, and then bake at 450°F until crust is crisp and cheese has melted.
• (Makes 4 ten inch pizzas.).
