BAKED HALIBUT WITH CHEESE
Although I seldom use processed foods like dehydrated mashed potatoes, this is very good. Would think you could just use leftover mashed potatoes instead of the dehydrated ones. This is slightly adapted from DEANN'S POTATO CHEESE HALIBUT which I ran across years ago on RecipeSource.com. Deeann, whoever and wherever you are, thanks so much!

CHEESE-BAKED HALIBUT
This is super good. From an old McCalls cook book I drug out of somewhere. I like to try old recipes in new ways. This is great with fresh green beans, and a nice dinner salad.

DEVILISH CHEESY HALIBUT
This is an easy, different and delicious preparation for halibut. Halibut chunks are breadcrumbed and baked in a sauce of tomato, garlic, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon, then topped off with sharp cheddar cheese. I find that this needs no additional salt, and it's absolutely scrumptious!
