WHITE SANGRIA
This sangria takes five to 10 minutes to assemble in a large pitcher. Take the time to prepare it in the morning so the sangria has several hours to develop its fruity flavor. Pull it out when dinner is ready to serve that evening.

WHITE SANGRIA
As festive a drink as they come. You can use either red or white wine as the base for Sangria but to my taste, white Sangria is the way to go. It's smoother than the red kind and it looks more elegant. It goes easy but packs a real punch (no pun intended). You want your sangria to be well chilled when it's served but instead of diluting all the amazing flavors in the punch bowl with a bunch of melting ice, just put out a bucket of ice so people can fill their glasses with ice before serving themselves. You only need a small bottle of brandy, which should only cost you about seven bucks, but you can make this recipe without it.

Steps:
- Pour the wine and brandy over the fruit and sugar in a large serving bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stick a ladle in the sangria so people can serve themselves and have a full bucket of ice by the side of the bowl. (Don't let the ice run out.)
WHITE SANGRIA (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
Here's a non-alcoholic version of the sangria that visually compliments the standard red wine based sangria. Found on the net for ZWT 5. Cooking time does not include chill time.

Steps:
- To make the apple juice ice cubes, pour the apple juice into two ice trays and freeze until the sangria is ready to serve.
- Combine the water, mint leaves, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for several minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature, remove and discard the mint and cinnamon sticks.
- Transfer the remaining mixture to a large serving bowl.
- Add the grape juice, peaches, pears, and the orange and lemon slices to the serving bowl. Mix well, and refrigerate overnight. Immediately before serving, mix in the sparkling apple cider and the apple juice ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.

WHITE SANGRIA
Taken from Dave Liberman's Young and Hungry. I haven't tried this one, but I love white sangria. Original recipe was for TWO bottle of wine. Original sugar quantity was 1/3 cup (for twice as much volume). I think this would be good made with peaches too.
