DELICIOUS GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA
This delicious Grapefruit Margarita recipe is similar to a Paloma only it's made without soda so it's not watered down. Mexico's favorite tequila cocktail just got even better!

Steps:
- Wet the rim of a glass with a cut piece of grapefruit or lime. Pour some salt on a plate and dip the wet rim into the salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice then add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until cold then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with slices of grapefruit.

Steps:
- Stir together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec, tequila, and agave syrup in a pitcher, and mix with ice cubes. Strain the cocktail into 4 margarita glasses; garnish each cocktail with a few pomegranate seeds.

GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA
Steps:
- Mix some salt and chipotle powder together on a plate. Cut a slit in the lime wedge and run it around the rim of a rocks glass and dip the rim in the salt mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, grapefruit juice and orange liqueur. Vigorously shake until very cold and strain the drink into the rimmed rocks glass. The margarita can also be served up in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit and lime twists.
PINK GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS
Steps:
- If you like a salt rim on the glasses, rub the lime around the edge of the glass and then dip the rim of each glass lightly in a plate of kosher salt. Set aside to dry.
- Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and stir in the tequila. If youre not serving the margaritas in salted glasses, stir 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the pitcher of margaritas. Believe me, it will make a difference!
- Serve ice cold.
RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS
This margarita recipe was given to me by a friend who tells me they are delicious! I have not tried them yet, but plan to soon.

- Use the wedge of grapefruit to rub the rims of 6 margarita glases with grapefruit juice.
- Dip the rims in the kosher salt to coat.
- Set glasses aside.
- Place the tequila, vodka, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ice in a bar blender and puree until smooth.
- Divide the margarita between 6 glasses and garnish with grapefruit quarters.

Steps:
- Mix tequila, orange liqueur, lime, and grapefruit juices well. If you think you need a little more sweetness, add a splash of simple syrup.
- Combine the coarse salt and sugar in a shallow bowl and mix together well.
- Rub one of the used lime or grapefruit rinds around the rim of two glasses and dip in cocktail salt/sugar mixture.
- Fill each glass with ice and pour in the margarita OR place the ice in a blender and mix the margarita mixture together to make a frozen margarita.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges.
