CROCK POT PORK CHOPS DINNER
I am always looking for crock pot dinners that aren't bland and blah. I found this one in one of my Mom's cookbooks and it really is nice for an easy crock pot meal that has good flavor too.

Steps:
- Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides, set aside.
- Combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, broth, garlic, salt, basil and pepper in crock pot.
- Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place pork chops on top of potatoe mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
DELICIOUS CROCK POT PORK CHOPS
This is the first meal I ever made for DH when we were first dating... not knowing he hated pork. Luckily this dish changed his mind and now he loves it. You can't get easier than this and it is so tasty! The chops don't have to be seared first if you don't have time but it definitely adds to the flavor. I like to serve over white rice.

Steps:
- Slice onions into 1/4 inch rings and layer on bottom of crock pot.
- Sear both sides of chops in skillet and place on top of onions, sprinkle with pepper.
- In a bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water and add mustard. Pour over chops.
- Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or until chops are tender.

I got this recipe out of a Mennonite cookbook from my hometown- I usually don't like pork chops, but these are delicious! They practically fall apart- they are so tender. An added bonus is they are super easy to make and they go great with mashed potatoes and peas and carrots.

- Mix first four ingredients together thoroughly and coat pork chops with flour mixture.
- Fry pork chops in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides. Place in crockpot.
