- In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter spread over one side of one slice of bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon raisins evenly over peanut butter, and place a slice of bread on top of the raisins to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

- Lay out the bread slices and spread them both with cream cheese. Lay the apple slices on one piece of bread. Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar. Press the 2 slices together.
- Butter one side of the sandwich and put it on a hot panini maker butter-side down. Butter the other side, close the lid and cook until it's toasted and warmed through. (If you do not have a panini maker, you can grill the sandwich in a skillet, laying another heavy skillet on top of the sandwich to press it together. Turn to grill the other side in the same way.)
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut in half and serve!

- Spread jelly on the other slice.
- Put the two pieces together.
- Place the sandwich on a pre-heated panini maker.
- Close the top and cook three minutes.

Steps:
- Combine raisins, peanut butter and honey in small bowl; stir to blend. Divide and spread over 4 waffles to cover and top each with about 5 apple slices.
- Spread 1 teaspoons jam on each four remaining waffles; place jam side down on peanut butter topped waffles.
- Heat 1 tsp butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add waffle sandwiches and reduce heat to medium-low heat. Place another skillet over evenly on waffles.
- Cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Flip panini; add remaining 1 teaspoons butter to skillet and slide panini around skillet to coat with butter.
- Replace skillet on top and cook one more minute or until lightly browned.
- Cut and serve with remaining apple slices.
