its all the foods rudy likes in an easy casserole , for when your tired lol and need a pantry dish you can just throw together this can be for breakfast or dinner depending if you top with corn or hard boiled eggs

Ingredients

2 lbs hash brown potatoes, lyden farms
10 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup frozen corn or 4 hard-boiled eggs

Steps:

in casserole layer potatoes.
then sprinkle on minced onion then uncooked pork sausage just dot it all over potatoes.
then soup then water then onion sprinkles.
heat oven to 425 degrees.
bake for 45 minutes.
then add corn or hard boiled eggs on top cook for 15 minutes more.
until hot and bubbly.
