Steps:
- Chop dark chocolate into a bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, until fully melted.
- Slowly fold in Greek yogurt until thoroughly combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, until mixture is solid but still formable.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and use palms to form and roll into balls.
- Roll truffles into your favorite toppings. For sprinkles, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut: first dip truffles into melted chocolate for best results.*

DARK CHOCOLATE MARBLED BANANA BREAD WITH GREEK YOGURT
I created this recipe using my favorite parts of many different recipes. This bread isn't very sweet, so it's not for those who enjoy a sweeter bread. The chocolate throughout makes this a beautiful bread to entertain with.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
- Whisk hot water and cocoa powder in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in another large bowl; mix well. Fold in flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Mix half of the banana mixture into the cocoa mixture until well combined.
- Spoon banana mixture and cocoa mixture into the prepared pan, alternating between the two.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 55 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine flour, soda, and salt; set aside.
- Melt butter in a large bowl in microwave.
- Stir cocoa powder and sugars into butter (mixture will resemble coarse sand).
- Add yogurt and vanilla, stirring to combine.
- Add flour mixture, stirring until moist. coated with cooking spray.
- Spray cookie sheets with oil and drop dough by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until almost set. Cool on pans 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies from pans; cool on wire racks.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream brown sugar, butter, and yogurt together in a bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to the batter. Stir in cake flour, whole wheat flour, and salt, being careful not to overmix. Stir in dark chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, and walnuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
