Steps:
- First all you need to do is take the bacon and lay it down on any of the following, cookie sheet, parchment paper (not wax paper as the wax can melt and/or the paper can catch fire), or aluminum foil. We do this for an easy clean up but if you want just lay down on your baking pan. Then sprinkle the bacon with black pepper.
- Next turn on your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- Put your bacon in and wait about 15 min to check on it then as soon as the bacon is crispy brown or golden brown take it out and you're done!

Steps:
- PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT PREHEAT THE OVEN!!
- Line a rimmed baking sheet very well with heavy-duty aluminum foil. I like to use the extra-wide aluminum foil for lining my baking sheets when cooking bacon. **If you use to skinny pieces to line the baking sheet, the bacon fats can find their way between them and you've got a mess to clean up later.
- Lay a single layer of bacon over the foil, side-by-side, just barely touching each other, but not overlapping. You can usually fit 10-12 slices of bacon onto the baking sheet, depending on it's size.
- Place the baking sheet of bacon, uncovered, into the COLD oven on the center rack. Now set the oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
- Cook the bacon to your preferred degree of doneness. We like ours more crispy, with a little bit of chew, which is right around 25 minutes. You may have to play around a bit to get to the very best cooking time for your preference and also for your brand and thickness of bacon. Sometimes, depending on the bacon, I flip it over, or at least turn my pan around in the oven half way through the baking time to ensure really even cooking. I think turning the bacon over half way through the cooking time helps it cook faster and also gets it more crispy on each side.
- Using tongs, carefully transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain away any excess fats. Let the bacon cool just a bit to allow it to get nice and crispy. Enjoy!
- Pour the excess bacon fat remaining on the baking sheet through a strainer into your "Bacon Fats" jar to use for future cooking.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F and immediatly place the pan with the bacon in the oven. Let cook for 15 minutes before checking on the bacon for desired crispness. I usually go about 17-18 minutes because we like it really crispy.

Steps:
- Pre-heat your Oven - Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. I do not add my bacon in prior to preheating.
- Prep Your Pan - Cover your sheet pan with foil. This helps keep the mess in place. Additionally, make your make shift wire rack to hoist up your bacon from the pan.
- Add your Bacon - Now add your bacon in strips on top of the foil rack. Try to space out the foil pieces so your bacon stays afloat. This does not have to be perfect. I cut some bacon in half to fit my sheet pan. Just get as much on there as you want.
- Cook - Cook your bacon for 17 minutes at 400. Keep in mind all ovens can run differently even IF they say 400. I happen to know my gas oven runs hotter, so I only needed 17 minutes for my perfect stage of crispiness in bacon. You may need 1-2 minutes more.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil in order to catch the grease for easy clean up. Line each bacon slice on the baking sheet from end to end. Leave about 1/8 to 1/4 inch spacing in between each slice to allow for caramelization. Option to use parchment paper; however, this will require extra clean up if the bacon fat gets under the baking sheet.
- Bake bacon in the sheet pan at 400 degrees for 14-15 minutes. May take less time if using a thin cut bacon. Adjust by a few minutes until bacon is your desired level of crispiness. Remove from the oven and place cooked bacon strips on a paper towel lined plate to soak up extra oil or a cooling rack. Save bacon grease to use as a cooking oil.

CRISPY OVEN BACON AND EGGS
Bacon browns and crisps evenly in the oven without the hassle of flipping slices on the stovetop, while eggs can oven-fry alongside for perfect sunny-side-up runny yolks and tender whites. The oven's encompassing heat helps egg whites set on top before the yolks start to stiffen. Make sure to have the eggs sit at room temperature before cracking them into the hot pan: It ensures they'll cook quickly and evenly.

Steps:
- Take the eggs out of the refrigerator. Place a rack in the center of the oven, and heat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Arrange the bacon on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer, spacing evenly. Roast in the center of the oven until the fat renders and the bacon curls, about 8 minutes. Very thin slices will cook more quickly; thick-cut ones will take longer.
- Take the pan out of the oven and quickly flip the bacon and move to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs onto the other side, then immediately return the pan to the oven and roast until the whites are just set, the yolks are still runny and the bacon is brown and crisp, 2 to 5 minutes longer. If you prefer medium or hard egg yolks or extra-crisp bacon, cook a few minutes more, but take out the bacon before it burns.
- Using a spatula, cut the eggs apart. Slide them off the pan and onto plates right away to stop the yolks from solidifying. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the bacon on paper towels, then add to the plate along with toast. Serve immediately.

- Grab a sheet pan or cookie sheet that has an edge. Line with parchment paper, or even aluminum foil.
- Place your raw bacon in a single row on the baking sheet.
- Cook for 10 minutes, and then check on your bacon. If you have an oven that doesn't always evenly cook you can rotate the pan or flip the bacon at this point.
- Continue cooking the bacon in the oven for 8-10 more minutes. Depending on thickness the bacon will vary in how long it takes. I used thick cut bacon for mine.
- Once the bacon is done, remove pan from the oven and place the baked bacon on a paper towel lined plate then serve and enjoy.

- Rinse well. Fat is good, but too much fat is not. Right off the bat, rinse your bacon well with hot water to remove all the congealed excess. Give it a little shake in the sink to remove excess water, then pat dry.
- Select your cooking method. Oven: This is quite simply the best way to cook bacon: no spattering, no burning, minimal shrinkage and best of all, lots of clean rendered fat that you can store in the fridge for a rainy day.
- Drain properly. If you’ve roasted your bacon there’s no need to worry about this, as all the fat dripped off in the oven. If you’ve cooked it in a pan, you’ll need to wipe off the extra grease.
