1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup minced onion
1 (9 ounce) can tuna, drained
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375F degrees.
  • In bowl mix first 4 ingredients.
  • Add tuna and eggs.
  • Unroll dough into 2 rectangles.
  • Place one on cookie sheet.
  • Spoon tuna mix on dough.
  • Add cheese.
  • Place other rectangle on top.
  • Seal edges.
  • Bake until deep golden brown (about 20 minutes).

1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons chopped dill pickle
¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place bread slices in the oven to toast while it preheats, and while you make the tuna salad.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, balsamic vinegar, mustard and dill pickle until well blended. Remove bread from the oven, and pile the tuna mixture onto one slice. Sprinkle cheese over the other slice of bread.
  • Bake for 7 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and tuna is heated through. Place the cheese side of the sandwich on top of the tuna side. Cut in half and serve immediately.

1 can (12 ounces) albacore white tuna in water
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (about 5 ounces)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. On an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan, arrange triangles in a ring with points toward the outside and wide ends overlapping. Press overlapping dough to seal., In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon across wide end of triangles. Fold pointed end of triangles over filling, tucking points under to form a ring (filling will be visible)., Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

½ cup chopped celery
1 pinch kosher salt
2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, packed in olive oil, drained
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 pinches cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Cajun style blackened seasoning (Old Bay® recommended)
1 pinch dried parsley
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
2 slices pepperjack cheese
4 slices Italian bread

Steps:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and celery and season with a little kosher salt. Cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, mustard, mayonnaise and the sauteed onion and celery. Season with cayenne, blackened seasoning, parsley, and hot pepper sauce. Spoon onto half of the bread slices. Top each one with a slice of pepperjack cheese and then the remaining slices of bread.

6 ounces solid white tuna packed in water (one can)
2 stalks celery
2 tablespoons raisins (one small box)
1 tablespoon horseradish cream
1 tablespoon country-style dijon mustard (the kind with the whole mustard seeds)
2 tablespoons whole fat unsweetened plain yogurt
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 slice wheat bread

Steps:

  • Put the bread in the toaster and toast medium.
  • Meanwhile, cut the celery into small pieces and mix it in a bowl with the tuna, raisins, horseradish, mustard, and yogurt.
  • The horseradish and mustard should both be added to taste: it's up to you how much you want to add. I like a lot so I usually put in a few big spoonfuls of each.
  • Then, after the horseradish and mustard, add enough yogurt in to make it all stick together.
  • You can use mayo if you prefer, but the yogurt tastes better with the raisins.
  • Microwave everything in the bowl (maybe 1 min - just enough to warm it so the toaster oven doesn't have to do all the work).
  • Arrange the tuna mix on a piece of pre-toasted bread.
  • You can also use pita or half a green bell pepper instead of bread.
  • I make a little dome shape.
  • Place 2-3 slices of cheddar on the top of the dome of tuna.
  • Put it all back in the toaster oven (or regular oven) and cook until the cheese is melted.

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, dill pickle (or relish) and diced tomato.
  • Separate dough into 2 long rectangles.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheet with long sides overlapping 1/2 inch ; press center seam and pinch perforations together to form one large rectangle (approx. 13.5" x 8.5").

  • 1. Place eggs in medium saucepan cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs and chop.2.
