CREAMY WHITE CHOCOLATE FRUIT DIP
Creamy White Chocolate Fruit Dip is the perfect decadent topping for strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or your tongue!

Steps:
- In a small sauce pan heat the milk over medium heat until steam begins to rise from the surface and is just ready to begin to bubble. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let sit for one minute to soften and then whisk until well combined and smooth. Set aside and let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl cream confectioner sugar and cream cheese. Add the cooled white chocolate and mix well.
- In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate/cream cheese mixture.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- *If chilled overnight you may need to stir it up to get it smooth and creamy again.

Cap off this speedy supper with Chocolate Cream Fruit Dip created by Debbie Bond of Richwood, West Virginia. The thick sweet mixture has a mild chocolate flavor that's especially good on strawberries. "This recipe is truly an accident," Debbie admits. "While hosting a graduation party, I realized I'd forgotten the fruit dip. So I raided my cabinets and slapped this combination together. It was a surprising success and has since become one of our family favorites."

- Make the instant chocolate pudding according to the package directions. If you are using the jello brand, you’re going to add two cups of cold milk to the pudding mix. Then, bead the pudding with a whisk for two minutes. The pudding will be soft set within 5 minutes.
- Once the chocolate pudding is soft set, stir in the Cool Whip until It’s completely incorporated. If you are not going to serve the Easy Chocolate Fruit Dip right away, cover it, and keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready.
- Once you’re ready to serve the Chocolate Dip, simply set it out in a bowl and surround it with your favorite dessert dippers!

- SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE: Remove the cardboard box and inner foil wrapper from the block of cream cheese. Place in a microwave-safe bowl or plate and microwave for 15 seconds. Flip the block of cream cheese over and microwave for another 10-15 seconds or until softened. Time will vary depending on your microwave; just remember you want it softened-- not melted.
- Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and no lumps remain. Use a HOT spoon (run a spoon under hot water, dry it off) to pull out the marshmallow fluff. Add fluff to the bowl along with the lime juice and coconut extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. (I like to give it about 60 minutes.) Serve with your favorite fruit or other snacks to dip in. (See blog post for suggestions.) For fruit, make sure it is 100% dry before serving it with the dip-- otherwise, the dip slides right off!
