Steps:
- Cook Creamette elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Add salt.
- Drain the noodles if access water from boiling. Pour into an an oven-safe bowl. Add the margarine and mix together. Add the tomato soup. Mix together.
- Fold the cheese into fours and place on top of the noodles and push down into the noodles. Put another layer on top of the noodles.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes, covered.
- Mix together and serve with ketchup (optional).

Steps:
- 1. Cook macaroni to package directions. (do not overcook it will flatten the macaroni)
- 2. While that is happening, prepare all the vegetables.
- 3. Cool the macaroni. When the macaroni is finished cooking, pour off the hot water and immediately add very cold water to macaroni to stop the cooking process. You can either add some ice to the pot and stir the macaroni until chilled or you can pour off again and add more cold water. I find adding ice cubes the best method.
- 4. When the macaroni is cool and drained, mix all the ingredients, except tomatoes, in a large bowl.
- 5. When you have finished mixing thoroughly and have added the correct amount of salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and fold them in gently so you do not end up with pink salad. Or you can sprinkle them over the top for a decorative touch.

- Prepare creamettes by directions on box. Drain.
- Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat.
- Add macaroni, olives, tomatoes with liquid, corn, tomato sauce, cheese and spices.
- Pour into a 3 quart casserole.
- Top with corn chips.
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream.

- Bring a medium sized pot to boil, and boil the Acini de Pepe pasta according to the package directions. Drain the water out, and let the pasta cool.
- In a medium size pot add pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour, salt, and lemon juice, and whisk them together. Bring to a low boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Scoop the mixture into another bowl, and place it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to cool slightly.
- Pour the pineapple sauce over the pasta in a large bowl and let it cool at least 2 hours, or over night in the refrigerator.
