1/2 cup butter, melted
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (12 ounces) caramel ice cream topping, divided
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 package (5.1 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup caramel topping until smooth. In a small bowl, whisk milk and dry pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let set for 2 minutes or until soft set; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with pecans. , Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until set. Cut into squares; drizzle with remaining caramel topping.

1 cup confectioners' sugar

2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

Steps:

  • Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.
  • Mix instant pudding with milk. Put this mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip (as much as you want) and a few chopped pecans.
  • (Any type of pudding will do, but since it's called chocolate delight, I went with chocolate pudding.).

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature (I use 1/3 less fat)
2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough (I use the low-fat kind)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Grease 9x13 pan.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spread one can of crescent dough on bottom of pan.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and vanilla until smooth, and spread on top of crescent dough.
  • Spread 2nd can of dough on top of cheese mixture. Be careful not to leave too many gaps in dough.
  • Pour melted butter all over crescent dough.
  • Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoons of cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of butter. Use all of it--it looks like a lot, but it's just right.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.
  • Serve with coffee, milk or ice cream!

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees F). In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 cup pecans and melted butter or margarine. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then chill until cold.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in the whipped topping. Drop spoonfuls onto the chilled crust, and spread evenly. Return to the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.

3 cups milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 large egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp melted butter
2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375^. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat on low speed until blended.
  • 2. Unroll 1 can of dough into a large rectangle; press seams and perforations to seal. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Spread with cream cheese mixture.

2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup pure cane sugar
1 cup strawberry purée
6 cups sliced strawberries
16 ounces cream cheese
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1 no roll pecan crust

Steps:

  • Have the pecan crust baked, cooled, and ready to go.
  • Whisk the corn starch and water together in a small glass measuring cup.
  • Add the corn starch mixture together with the sugar in a medium to large saucepan.
  • Mix in the strawberry purée.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil on low to medium heat, constantly stirring with a spatula to avoid scorching.
  • Once the mixture boils, cook it for 3 to 5 more minutes, or until it thickens and turns a deep red.
  • Remove the strawberry sauce from the heat, and allow it to cool.*
  • Meanwhile, using a mixer, beat the cream cheese well.
  • In a separate mixer bowl, whisk together the Dream Whip with the milk and vanilla, according to package directions. Whisk it until it begins to form soft peaks, about 4 minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to the Dream Whip mixture, and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the Dream Whip cream cheese filling onto the prepared pie crust.**
  • Once the strawberry sauce has cooled enough, mix the sliced strawberries into the sauce.
  • Spread the strawberries and sauce mixture over the Dream Whip filling.
  • Cover your no bake strawberry dessert and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
  • When it's ready to serve, you can top it off with a dollop of whipped cream or serve it as is. It's so delicious!

3 tablespoon granulated sugar
½ cup butter (unsalted, melted)
1 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounce cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
1 cup icing sugar (same as confectioners sugar or powdered sugar)
1 cup cool whip (or whipped cream)
5.1 ounce instant vanilla pudding
2 ½ cups milk
15 ounce canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup cool whip (or whipped cream)
2 cups cool whip (or whipped cream)
pecan halves (chopped, remaining from crust)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add the pecans to a food processor and pulse a couple times until the pecans are chopped. Take about 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans out of the food processor and save for sprinkling over the top.
  • Add the remaining crust ingredients to the food processor and pulse a few times until combined. Press the crust mixture into the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before using.
  • Add the cream cheese to a bowl and mix until softened. Add the icing sugar and continue mixing until smooth. Fold in the cool whip or whipped cream. Set aside.
  • Prepare the vanilla pudding as per the instructions on the package. As noted I used 2 1/2 cups of milk instead of the 3 cups on the package instructions to get a firmer pudding.
  • Add the canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and cool whip to the pudding and fold everything in until well combined.
  • Once the crust has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly. Next spread all of the pumpkin mixture evenly. Top with the cool whip then sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours so that it sets before serving.

1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz. pkg) cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz. container) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 1/2 c. fresh or canned peaches, peeled & chopped
1 large (5.9oz. pkg) vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz. container) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. chopped, toasted pecans
fresh peach slices for garnish, if desired

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a food processor, crush the cookies, pecans and sugar together. Stop to pour in the melted butter. Pulse a few more times to combine. Pour out into the prepared pan. Press crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes just to set the crust. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • For the cream cheese layer, cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in the thawed whipped topping. Spread over the bottom crust. Place in refrigerator while making the second layer.
  • For the peach layer, peel and cut fresh or canned peaches into chunks. Add the peach chunks to the top of the cream cheese layer. Mix the pudding mix and milk. Pour over the top of the peaches.
  • Top with the remaining container of frozen whipped topping and sprinkle with the toasted pecans. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for the dessert to set-up.
  • Slice and top with additional peach slices if desired.

1 tablespoon sugar

1¾ cup powdered sugar

8 ounces Cool Whip
20 ounces crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup drained)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking dish (metal or glass is fine).
  • In a small bowl combine the 1¾ cups of crushed graham crackers, 8 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
