From Land O'Lakes. I substitute pecans for the macadamia nuts. I include these in my Christmas cookie gift tins and they are always very popular.

Number Of Ingredients 14

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
2 -3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2/3 cup macadamia nuts or 2/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F Combine all crust ingredients in small bowl. Beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into ungreased 8" square baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Combine all filling ingredients in medium bowl until well mixed. Carefully spread filling over hot, partially baked crust. Bake 22-27 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Combine powdered sugar, orange pee and enough orange juice for desired glazing consistency in small bowl. Drizzle glaze over warm bars. Cool completely.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ cups sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ¼ cups pecan halves
1 cup flaked coconut
¾ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together in a bowl; press into the prepared baking dish.
  • Stir cranberries, sweetened condensed milk, pecans, coconut, white chocolate chips, and bittersweet chocolate chips together in a bowl; gently spread over the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 25 to 28 minutes; cool on a wire rack.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries, craisins
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecan halves, i use pecan pieces.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  • Press into 13 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle coconut, cranberries, vanilla chips and pecans over the crust.
  • Pour condensed milk evenly over crust.
  • Bake@ 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Cool on wire rack Cut in bars.
