Cranberry Orange Cocktail Food

CRANBERRY ORANGE JUICE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Add ice to a cocktail glass
• Pour equal parts 7UP, cranberry juice, orange juice, and vodka (optional) over ice, and stir.
• Add slice of orange for garnish and serve.

CRANBERRY ORANGE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Start by making the cranberry syrup: combine cranberries, water, sugar, and cinnamon together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes, using a spoon to help break the cranberries down.
• Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer; discard the cranberries. Wait for the cranberry syrup to come to room temperature before using it.
• For the cocktail: pour syrup, orange juice and tequila/vodka, along with some ice, into a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake! Pour into a cocktail glass, top it off with club soda and enjoy!

CRANBERRY ORANGE MIXED DRINK | HOLIDAY MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a tall glass, add ice and 4-5 cranberries. Next, add in Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Simple Syrup. Top off with Lemon-Lime Soda and garnish with additional cranberries. Adult tip: Feel free to add 1-2 oz of Vodka if you want to adult-size this Cranberry Orange into a cocktail.

CRANBERRY-ORANGE VODKA

Steps:

• Place cranberries, sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Place pan over medium heat and stir. Simmer cranberry mixture until the berries burst, about 5 to 6 minutes.
• Place orange peels in a large glass container with an airtight lid, or large mason jars with lids. Pour vodka over the orange peels.
• Allow the cranberry mixture to cool. Pour the cooled mixture into the glass container(s). Cover tightly and set aside for 1 week. After 1 week, strain out the cranberries sand orange peels and pour mixture into a clean bottle, using a funnel. Store vodka in the refrigerator.
• To serve: Pour 2 ounces of vodka mixture over ice in a tall glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lime.

LIZZIE'S CRANBERRY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Bring the orange juice and cranberries to a boil in a large pot until the berries just begin to burst. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve and let cool to room temperature.
• Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the juice into each of 4 flutes. Top with the champagne and garnish with frozen cranberries.

ORANGE & CRANBERRY SPRITZ

Steps:

• Mix together orange juice and cranberry juice in a large jug. Slowly pour in the sparkling elderflower drink, as it will fizz up. Mix together and serve in tall glasses with ice.

CRANBERRY-ORANGE SLUSH COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients except soda pop in nonmetal container.
• Divide among pint containers.
• Cover and freeze at least 8 hours until slushy.
• For each serving, mix equal amounts of slush mixture and soda pop in glass.
• Garnish with fresh cranberries or orange slices.

CRANBERRY ORANGE SANGRIA (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

Steps:

• Put the fresh fruit in a large pitcher & pour the cranberry juice over it, then chill for 2 hours.
• Stir in the cran-grape juice, orange juice & lime juice, then add ice & serve in wine glasses or punch cups.
