- Heat oven to 425°F In medium saucepan, mix chicken, peas, cheese, Alfredo sauce and almonds. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by about 12 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Boil penne noodles until almost cooked.
- In a medium size baking dish pour 1/4 of the alfredo sauce into the bottem.
- Add raw chicken on top of the sauce.
- Add more alfredo coating the chicken.
- Add the partially cooked noodles and broccoli.
- Cover with the remainder of alfredo sauce.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 400 for 40 min or until chicken in fully cooked.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

FOUR CHEESE CHICKEN ALFREDO
This came from a good deal of experimenting until I got everything just right. It's a combination of a recipe my girlfriend created mixed with several recipes I've seen around the internet, refined until I found just the right taste.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, butter, and cream cheese over medium heat, stirring regularly.
- When the butter and cream cheese have melted, add the Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheeses. As the cheeses melts, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
- When all the cheeses have melted, add the Italian spice mix, garlic, and salt. Gradually turn the heat down while continuing to stir frequently.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet.
- Season the chicken with the Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Bake the chicken for 10-20 minutes. Chop the chicken into bite-sized portions.
- Boil the egg noodles until soft. Strain.
- Place the noodles on a plate. Add the chicken. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the top. Enjoy.

- Serve warm and enjoy!
- In a pot, heat oil and add chicken.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, then brown the chicken.
- Add broth, heavy cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 minute.
- Turn off heat and stir in 1 ½ cups of parmesan cheese.
- Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11×7 inch or 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella and ½ cup of parmesan.
- Broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
