PIZZA PINWHEELS
Pizza pinwheels are a super easy, family-friendly lunch or dinner. They're made with soft pizza dough and your favorite toppings rolled up then sliced into rounds. Once they're baked, they become cheesy and delicious bites that your whole family will love.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Form the pizza dough into a rectangluar shape. The backside of an 18"x13" baking sheet works great for this.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving ½ inch without the sauce at one of the short ends. Add the ham, pineapple, and mozzarella over the sauce.
- Roll the pizza, starting at the short end with the sauce right to the edge. Use the edge without the sauce to seal the roll, pinching the dough together a little, if necessary.
- Cut the pizza roll into 8 equal pieces. Place the pieces on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the pizza dough is cooked. Sprinkle the top with some minced chives, if using.

PIZZA PINWHEELS WITH HOMEMADE PIZZA SAUCE
Pizza Pinwheels are so easy to make, and would be a great after school snack or finger food for a party or get together. With just a few ingredients, they come together in just minutes!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Lightly flour a large wooden cutting board. Roll out dough onto the floured surface, pressing seems together as you go.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, to the edges.
- Top with shredded Mozzarella and your choice of pizza toppings.
- Roll pizza width-wise (the longest side) and seal the and slice into 1 inch pieces.
- Place pinwheels on the prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes then serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.

PUFF PASTRY PIZZA PINWHEELS
Steps:
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce all over it. Spread the shredded mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce. Gently flatten the cheese before rolling up.
- Roll up the puff pastry, helping you with its parchment paper. Place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Take out the chilled roll and gently remove the paper. Cut it up into 1 cm slices (about a half inch) and carefully place each pinwheel on a baking tray lined with paper, leaving some space in between each piece. Sprinkle some parmesan and oregano over each pinwheel.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese has browned nicely. Take out from the oven and sprinkle some more parmesan and oregano on the warm pinwheels.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine pepperoni, sausage, parmesan, scallions, pizza seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until mixture is finely chopped and well combined. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add pizza sauce and mix to combine.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll pizza dough to a dimension of 12" x 9".
- Spread pepperoni mixture over dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Starting with the long end, roll dough into a log. As you spread filling and roll log, dough may stretch to a length of up to 16".
- Cut into 12 pieces and place on prepared baking sheet, spacing rolls 2 inches apart.
- Transfer to oven and bake until golden and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Serve.
