Ingredients

1 ounce bitter orange liqueur, such as Aperol
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon, shell reserved
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 to 1/2 ounce 151-proof rum

Steps:

Combine the orange liqueur, white rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass or large coupe.
Float the lemon shell in the glass and fill with the 151-proof rum. Using a long match or lighter, very carefully ignite the rum. To extinguish the flame, use a spoon or stirrer to press the lemon into the cocktail.

1 lemon
1 lime
1 cara cara orange
1 Ruby Red grapefruit
12 ounces chilled vodka, such as Tito's
6 teaspoons granulated sugar
Three 12-ounce cans citrus soda, such as Fresca

Steps:

Wash and dry the lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Cut the fruit in half and cut each half into thin slices. Divide the fruit slices among 6 mason jars, then add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each. Screw the lids of the jars on tightly, then shake each jar.
When ready to serve, top each with 6 ounces of citrus soda.

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups sugar
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) pineapple gelatin
4 cups boiling water
1 can (12 ounces) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup lemon juice
1 envelope (0.23 ounce) unsweetened lemonade Kool-Aid mix
10 cups cold water
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
Lime slices, optional

Steps:

In a large container, dissolve sugar and gelatins in boiling water. Stir in the pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice, drink mix and cold water. If desired, divide among smaller containers. Cover and freeze, stirring several times., Remove from freezer at least 1 hour before serving. Stir until mixture becomes slushy. Just before serving, place 9 cups slush mixture in a punch bowl; stir in 1 liter ginger ale. Repeat with remaining slush and ginger ale. If desired, garnish with lime slices.
