CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA
This is probably the most unusual "pizza" you'll ever see! It's a great dessert for kids, although adults snap it up, too. Everyone loves the chewy crust and the great flavor. Chocolate and peanut butter are a nice combination.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pat into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake 16 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips; bake until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes longer.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and egg with spoon. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Pat dough in ungreased 12-inch disposable pizza pan.
- Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until edge is set. Cool at least 30 minutes.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat all Peanut Butter Sauce ingredients over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Spread over cookie pizza. Top with peanuts and candies. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.

This is incredibly easy and oh-so-sinful! Made with graham cracker crumbs, butter-flavored crackers (ritz, etc), peanut butter, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and more. SOOOO good and NO-BAKE. I cut the recipe in half sometimes and make it in an 8x8.

- In a saucepan, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugars, butter & milk.
- Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 minutes longer.
- Place single layer of crackers in a greased 13-in.x 9-in. dish; top with half of crumb mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining crackers.
- In a small saucepan, combine the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Cook on low and stir until smooth.
- Pour over crackers.
- Let stand until set.

- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13-14 inch pizza pan; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl beat butter and shortening for 30 seconds. Add the sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
- Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Beat in as much flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour.
- Pat dough into prepared pan, building up edges slightly.
- Bake about 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups and peanuts.
- Bake about 5 min more or until crust is golden. Cool on a wire rack. Cut pizza into wedges.
