Chocolate Malted Cherry Float Food

CHOCOLATE CHERRY ICE CREAM FLOAT

Steps:

• Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Warm the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat; when it comes just to a simmer, pour it over the chocolate. Let sit undisturbed for 1 minute, then add the salt and whisk the chocolate and cream together until smooth.
• Scoop 2 large or 3 medium scoops of ice cream into each of four pint glasses. Drizzle each glass with 2 spoonfuls of the chocolate sauce. Top off each float with cherry beer. Add some brandied cherries and a drizzle of the cherry syrup if desired. Serve.

THE BEST CHOCOLATE MALTED

Steps:

• Warm Glossy Chocolate Sauce:
• In the top half of a double boiler, combine the 2 chocolates over simmering water. Stir constantly until melted, then whisk in the corn syrup and water. Whisk until smooth and shiny.
• Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

CHEX™ CHOCOLATE MALT-CHERRY MIX

Steps:

• In large bowl, mix cereals and peanuts.
• In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
• Gradually stir in malted milk powder until evenly coated. Stir in remaining ingredients. spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.

EASY CHOCOLATE MALTED!

Steps:

• In a blender, put in the ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and malted milk powder.
• Blend until just combined, trying to get as smooth as possible. Be sure not to overmix!
• Serve at once in tall glasses, with a long teaspoon or straw in each glass. Enjoy!

OLD-FASHIONED CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA MALTED

Steps:

• Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
• Whip for 20 seconds and pour into a tall glass.

FUDGY CHOCOLATE CHERRY FLOAT

Steps:

• LINE a dinner-sized plate with foil. Place in freezer to chill for 10 minutes. Turn Magic Shell bottle upside down and shake for at least 20 seconds.
• SCOOP 6 rounded servings of cherry vanilla ice cream onto chilled plate. Immediately coat with Magic Shell. (To assemble later, return to freezer until ready to serve.).
• ASSEMBLE by placing two scoops of ice cream into 1 of 3 tall (12 ounce) glasses. Fill glasses 2/3rds full with black cherry soda. Serve immediately with iced tea spoons and straws.
