- Heat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup butter, the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff).
- Pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or into 12-inch round on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter and milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chocolate is melted; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat with wire whisk until smooth, glossy and spreadable. (If not glossy, stir in a few drops hot water).
- Spread chocolate mixture over baked layer. Immediately sprinkle with pecans, candies and coconut; press lightly. Drizzle with melted baking bars. Let stand until set. Remove from pan if desired. Cut into wedges.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, and egg until well combined. Stir in the flour and the baking soda (dough will be stiff). Pat dough onto an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove cookie from oven and let it cool.
- In a saucepan heat the chocolate chips, remaining butter or margarine, and milk over very low heat. Stir until chocolate is melted. - Position the oven rack on the bottom of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
- Line a heavy large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough to a 9-inch-diameter round. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Using your fingers, make indentations all over the dough. Brush the dough with butter, then bake until the crust is crisp and pale golden brown, about 20 minutes. Immediately spread the chocolate-hazelnut spread over the pizza then sprinkle all the chocolate chips over. Bake just until the chocolate begins to melt, about 1 minute. Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the pizza. Cut into wedges and serve.
- Pizza Dough:
- Mix the warm water and yeast in a small bowl to blend. Let stand until the yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes. Mix the flour and salt in a food processor to blend. Blend in the oil. With the machine running, add the yeast mixture and blend just until the dough forms. Turn the dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer the dough to a large oiled bowl and turn the dough to coat with the oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm draft-free area until the dough doubles in volume, about 1 hour. Punch the down dough and form into ball. CHOCOLATE-CHIP COOKIE PIZZA
You like chocolate chip cookies. You like pizza. What could be better than a giant chocolate chip pizza cookie? If your answer is, "pretty much nothing," we'd say you're 100% right. - Heat the oven to 180C/160 fan/ gas 4. Beat the butter and sugars together in a large bowl using an electric whisk or table top mixer. Pour in the beaten eggs and vanilla, beating well until combined.
- Sift in the flour and salt and fold until evenly combined. Scatter over the chocolate chips and stir until they are rippled throughout the dough.
- Roll into a big round cookie and place onto a large baking sheet covered with parchment. If the dough feels very soft at this stage pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to firm up. I finally found this recipe after looking for it for years! I used to make this for my boys on their birthdays but switched to cinnamon rolls after I misplaced the recipe. - In a large bowl, beat together brown & white sugars, butter, egg and vanilla until creamy.

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt together. Set bowl aside.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together on medium speed until well combined (about 2 minutes). Add egg; beat for 1 minute on high. Add vanilla extract, and beat well to combine.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Slowly mix on low until they are fully combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Place the dough onto prepared pizza pan. Use a rubber spatula or your clean fingers to spread and flatten out the thick dough until the dough just about reaches the edges of pan.
- Bake cookie for 22-25 minutes. When done, the cookie should be lightly browned on top. If you want crispy edges on the cookie, let it bake a couple minutes longer. When done, remove pan to a wire rack and let cookie cool (still on the pan).
- Place semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in two separate bowls. Add 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening to each bowl. Microwave each on high for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. If necessary, heat additional 15 seconds, then stir, until smooth. Do not over cook as the chocolate can burn. Drizzle the chocolate over the cooled cookie in a decorative pattern. Let chocolate firm up on pizza before wrapping as a gift or slicing. For packaging, place cookie on parchment paper (cut to fit) and place cookie "pizza" inside a clean pizza box.

- Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars together on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the egg and beat on high until combined, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the vanilla extract, then mix on high until combined.
