SALTED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I know, another chocolate chip cookie recipe. These are really wonderful though. They are not too sweet and the salt complements the chocolate beautifully. It is important that the flours and granulated sugar be mesured by weight. I use Murray River Australian Flake Salt for sprinkling on top of the cookies.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITH SALT
I made these cookies for my son's class at school as part of France's annual week of taste, or semaine du gout. The idea was to show how sweet and salty flavors complement each other.

Check on the cookies every five minutes, and if the edges begin to brown, they're all done. Take the cookies out and let them cool for about ten minutes, and they'll be ready to eat (or just.
