CHERYL'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream butter, crisco, and sugars.
• Add eggs and mix.
• Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
• Mix in vanilla.
• Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until top of cookie is just browned.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (CHERYL'S RECIPE)

Steps:

• Cream shortening & sugars together.
• Add eggs and continue to mix.
• Mix in vanilla and Baking soda, salt.
• Add flour and mix again.
• Add chocolate chips and (1 cup of nuts if you like).
• Drop by teaspoons and bake for 10-15 minutes.

CHERYL'S OATMEAL-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
• Combine the oats, flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and the nuts, if you are using them.
• Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. I use my Pampered Chef Cookie Scoop for this. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

CHEWY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream together the butter, sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla.
• Blend in the cocoa and add baking soda, salt and blend well.
• Add the flour into the creamed mixture and fold in the chocolate chips.
• Bake at 350° for 8-9 minutes.

WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream sugars and butter.
• Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
• Combine dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture.
• Stir in chips and nuts.
• Roll into 1 1/4" balls and place on non-stick cookie sheets, about 2" apart.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
