Chicken French Fry Casserole Food
FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE
A friend gave me this recipe a few years ago and it's still a family favorite. Try the recipe as is, or use cream of chicken soup for a different taste.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, and cook and stir the ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the meat is crumbly and no longer pink and the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the condensed mushroom soup. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Scoop the cheese sauce into a microwaveable bowl, and melt on low power for about 30 seconds.
- Place the ground beef mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, and spread an even layer of the melted cheese sauce over the ground beef. Top with frozen shoestring fries. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the fries are starting to turn golden.

CHICKEN FRENCH FRY CASSEROLE
This is ultimate comfort food, and oh so good! One of my family's favorites. You can add all sorts of things, we like to add chopped serrano peppers occasionally for a little spice. I am estimating with the spices, I just sprinkle them in myself! I have also frozen this recipe for OAMC.

Steps:
- Chop chicken breasts up into bite sized pieces and brown a a large skillet with the butter.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large casserole dish, combine french fries, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and about half the cheese.
- Stir in browned chicken.
- Top with remaining cheese, then sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake uncovered for 1-1/2 hours, until fries are completely soft.

- Cut Chicken Breasts into strips and grill.
- Deep fry all french fries.
- When these are done but french fries on bottom and then chicken. Then add cheese to cover over the whole casserole. Then add Bacon to cover areas of the dish.
- Warm in oven intill cheese is melted.

- Stir together first 8 ingredients.
- Spoon into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups french fried onion rings over top and bake 5 more minutes or until bubbly around edges.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
