This is a quick, healthy meal that isn't time consuming to prepare and easy to clean up! To prevent rice from sticking to the foil, spray foil with cooking spray before using. Or, use nonstick foil. If the chicken breast halves in your market are larger than 4 oz. each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (170°F).

- Italian chicken foil packs. We like our chicken dinners as juicy as we can get ’em. According to this mini-masterpiece, that’s very.
- Pesto caprese chicken in foil. The right sauce can elevate any meal, and pesto is no stranger to taking meals to the next level.
- Parmesan chicken foil packets. We see this dish as a healthier version of a traditional chicken Parmesan because it’s got all the cheese without the panko breading.
- Chicken cordon bleu foil packets. This classic French pick doesn’t require much attention in foil. Now you can take your guests all the way to the “I’m full” tower and make it look easy.
- Mediterranean chicken with artichoke hearts. We like to think of this recipe as a jazzed-up Hunter-style chicken.
- Grilled honey barbecue chicken foil packets. Tuck into a piece of chicken slathered in a tangy honey-barbecue glaze.
- Cilantro lime chicken fajitas in foil. Instead of greasing up the skillet, reaching for the foil is an easy way to make fajitas healthier.
- Southwestern chicken foil packets. Mexican night can be so much more than tacos — and way lower in carbs too.
- Grilled Hawaiian barbecue chicken in foil. When it comes to pineapple on pizza, the jury is still out. But even pizza purists can get behind the taste of the fruit grilled with smoky BBQ chicken.
- Cajun chicken and vegetable foil packs. You may not be able to fly to New Orleans for a soul-satisfying dinner, but attempting Creole-style food in your own kitchen doesn’t have to be intimidating.

If they are closer because of stationary grate at the campsites, just turn them a little more often and move them to avoid hot spots. In this case, they might cook closer to the 20 minute mark, so you'll have to be checking after 15 minutes.

- Start by preparing your foil squares. You can cut your squares (12X18″ works well) or use pre-cut foil sheets. If you are making this chicken in an oven, please pre-heat your oven to 350. Also, place an additional piece of foil flat on a baking sheet to bake these on. Otherwise, heat your grill or campfire as you normally would.
- I like to lightly spray each piece of foil with nonstick before I place the ingredient on them to cook.
- To assemble your first packet, place the chicken breast in the center of the piece of foil. Then use a spoon to drizzle a small amount of dressing on both side of the chicken (obviously, you will need to flip the chicken over to do this).
- next, place the remaining ingredients in the packet and cover with the remaining dressing. Each packet should get 1/4 cup of dressing total. However, if you go over or under this amount, you will probably be fine.
