- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a pint or half liter jar with a tight-fitting lid.

- In a small bowl or jar (I find it's easier to mix in a bowl), combine oats, chia seeds, salt, syrup, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 Tbsp. almonds, 1 Tbsp. dried cherries, and almond extract, if using. Stir to combine, then taste and add additional almond extract, syrup, or milk as desired.
- Transfer to a jar or container and cover. Refrigerate at least 30-40 minutes, up to overnight.
- To serve, add a little drizzle of milk or syrup, if needed, then top with remaining almonds and cherries, if desired.

CHIA CHERRY ALMOND OVERNIGHT OATS
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey, vanilla & salt.
- Mix in the oats, chia seeds, The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel Soft Granola, almonds & cherries.
- Pour mixture into an airtight jar or container & leave in refrigerator overnight.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to four days, depending on how ripe the cherries are. If you use overripe cherries, they may not stay intact. Add a splash more of almond milk if needed & top with additional cherries & almonds!

- Tip the oats and seeds into a bowl and pour over the milk and vanilla extract. Leave for 5-10 mins for the oats to absorb some of the liquid.
- Reserve 16 raspberries, then add the remainder to the oats and crush them into the mixture. Spoon into four tumblers or sundae dishes, then top with the yogurt and both lots of berries. Cover and chill overnight or until needed. To serve, pour 2 tbsp almond milk over each and scatter with the almonds.

- For the overnight oats: Combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds and honey in a mason jar or small bowl. Stir to combine and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. CHERRY AND ALMOND OVERNIGHT OATS
Flavoured like a bakewell tart, the combo of cherry and almond is classic. If you can't get cherries, try using frozen raspberries instead. I love the flavour of almond so I add in almond extract but you can leave this out if you don't like it.

Steps:
- Heat the cherries, sugar and water in a small pot over a medium heat. Once the mixture starts to bubble, turn the heat down to low and let simmer and soften for 10 minutes. Take off the heat and mash slightly with the back of a fork.
- Toast the flaked almonds in a small skillet over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the oats, milk, almond extract, almond butter and half of the cooked cherries together. The almond butter may not fully mix in but that's fine.
- Divide between two bowls or mason jars, top with the remaining cooked cherries and store in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with the toasted, flaked almonds and serve.

- In a small bowl add the cherries and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, mash with a fork or masher until cherries are broken apart into small pieces and there is an ample amount of juice from the cherries in the bowl.
- In a large bowl add the oats, protein powder, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt and stir to combine.
- To a mason jar (or split between two jars for smaller servings) add 1/2 of the oats, then layer with 1/2 of the cherry chia jam, then add in the other half of the oats, top with the rest of the cherry jam and the almond butter.

- Add 2 tablespoons of the almonds to a food processor and pulse a few times. Add 10 ounces of the cherries and the almond extract to the processor and pulse a few times. Place the remaining (whole) cherries in a plastic bag and refrigerate.
- Combine the oats with the chia seeds. Divide the mixture and spoon it over the top of the cherry mixture.
- Divide the yogurt and spoon it over the oats. Add the remaining cherry mixture to the top of the yogurt. Divide the coconut milk, and pour it into each jar.
