1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced baby carrots
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup prepared KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Steps:

  • Cook pasta. Drain, rinse and cool. Place in large bowl.
  • Add onions, peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

2 cups (10oz-300 grams) ripe cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 lb (8oz-220 grams) short pasta (fusilli, orecchiette, penne...)
4 Tbsps (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling if you like
2 garlic clove, pressed or minced
10 fresh basil leaves, shredded
fine salt & pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add to a large serving bowl.
  • Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and basil to the bowl. Season with plenty of salt and freshly ground pepper, and toss well.
  • Drain your pasta, then rinse under cold water and drain again. You want to bring the temperature down and dress your pasta when cold.
  • Add pasta to the other ingredients and mix thoroughly, taste and season again before serving. Also, you might want to serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and basil leaves. Enjoy!

5 garlic pods minced

2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Cook your pasta in salted water until it is al-dente. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and set aside.
  • Combine sliced cherry tomato, sliced onion, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Add pepper powder, dried oregano, salt.
  • Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice. Mix well to combine everything.
  • Finally, add pasta to the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Taste and season again before serving.

40 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup pitted and sliced green olives
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
2 green onions, minced
3 ounces pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a big bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, green olives, back olives, and spring onion.
  • In a dry skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown, turning frequently. Stir into tomato mixture.

1/3 cup fresh basil leaf
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

12 mint leaves
1 clove garlic, peeled

1/3 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
7 cups small broccoli florets

  • To prepare herb mixture, combine first 6 ingredients on a cutting board; finely chop, and reserve 3 tablespoons.

  • Drop 2 garlic cloves through the food chute with food processor on; process until minced.

1 pound gemelli, fusilli, or rotelle pasta

Steps:

  • With machine running, add garlic clove to processor through feed tube and process until finely chopped; turn off machine.
