2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (14 ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 325°F Paper-line 24 muffin cups. Cut each square of dough in half. Place one piece of dough in each muffin cup.
  • BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.
  • BEAT cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth. Spoon about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.
  • BAKE for additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top each with level tablespoon of pie filling. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

2 ¼ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup butter flavored shortening (such as Crisco®)
½ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons almond extract
1 cup dried tart cherries
¾ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped pecans
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chunks (such as SACO®)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease baking sheets. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • Beat the unsalted butter, butter flavored shortening, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time; beat in the vanilla extract and almond extract with the last egg. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the cherries, walnuts, pecans, and chocolate chunks, mixing just enough to evenly combine. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned around the edges, 11 to 13 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes; remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

1/3 cup sliced blanched almond
chocolate curls

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Place 1 round of cookie dough in each lined cup.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg and almond extract in a medum bowl until smooth.

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white baking chips
1/2 cup dried cherries or dried cranberries
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter, gradually adding sugars, until light and fluffy. Slowly beat in egg, vanilla and maple flavoring., In another bowl, sift together flour, baking cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually beat into creamed mixture just until moistened (do not overbeat). Stir in semisweet chocolate and white baking chips, dried cherries and coconut., Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

3 cups quick-cooking oats
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, soak cherries in hot water for at least 10 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, cream the shortening, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, orange zest and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. 8 ounces chocolate-flavored candy coating, chopped
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can white decorating icing
2 (10 ounce) jars maraschino cherries, with stems drained on paper towels

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. Work with half of dough at a time; refrigerate remaining dough until needed.
  • Shape dough into 16 (1-inch) balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough.
  • Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in small microwavable bowl, microwave candy coating on High 30 seconds. Stir; microwave in 15-second increments until melted and smooth. Set aside.

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar

6 chocolate-covered cherries

Steps:

  • Drain maraschino cherries, reserving 2 teaspoons juice. Cut cherries into quarters; set aside. , In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and reserved cherry juice until smooth. 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chunks, divided
1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed chocolate sandwich style cookies, about 14 cookies, such as Oreos
1/3 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Stir together 2 cups cookie crumbs and butter and press into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each.
  • Stir in vanilla, 1 cup chocolate chunks, and 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies.
