CHEESY PORK BURGERS
An instant BBQ classic! The savoury seasoning and melted cheese will make this your new favourite burger.

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients: mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat barbecue on high; reduce heat to medium. Place patties on on lightly oiled grill; close cover and grill patties 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Serve on buns and garnish.
- Note: Always cook ground pork to well done.

CHEESY SPICED PORK BURGERS
Steps:
- Preheat grill by turning it on to high and sit for 5 minutes. Scrape rack with a wire brush to remove any residue.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pork, shredded cheese and seasoning. Mix with hands until completely incorporated.
- Divide the meat evenly into 4 balls and flatten into round patties.
- Place on a plate and baste both sides of each patty with the olive oil. Add more olive oil, if necessary.
- Lower the grill heat to medium and place the patties onto the rack. Cover and cook for 7 - 10 minutes on each side, until the temperature registers 160° F. when a meat thermometer is inserted horizontally into the middle of each.
- Serve on buns and top with barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, if desired.

- Combine the pork, feta, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, hot sauce, onions, and garlic in a bowl. Mix together well.
- Divide the mixture into 6 balls then form them into patties. Make a small indent with your thumb in the center of each patty.
- Prepare a grill for indirect heat, 325 to 350 degrees F (163 to 177 degrees C).
- Cook burgers until an internal temperature of 175 degrees F (79 degrees C). Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

This is a recipe i made up randomly. I had some ground pork lying around and decided to experiment. what you should get is a delecious cheesy burger that packs some good flavors. I served it with some sauted mushrooms.Tell me what you think!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except for the mushrooms).
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into patties (I made 4).
- Your choice on how to cook them you could use a grill or a pan (I used a pan with some olive oil).
- Cook for about 5- 10 minutes each or until cooked through.
- In a seperate pan drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms.
- Serve on a bun or some toast.
- Enjoy!
PERFECT PORK BURGERS

- Pulse the bacon and garlic in a food processor until coarsely ground.
- Combine the ground pork, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and the sage in a large bowl. Add the bacon mixture and gently mix with your hands. Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then lightly press into 4-inch-wide, 1-inch-thick patties. Make a 2-inch-wide indentation in the center of each with your thumb to prevent the burgers from bulging when grilled.
- Preheat a grill to medium high. Season the patties with pepper. Grill, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm, 4 to 6 more minutes. Meanwhile, spread the cut sides of the buns with butter and toast on the grill.
- Serve the patties on the buns; top with coleslaw.

- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Brush the grill with olive oil.
- Put the sirloin, Cheddar, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a bowl and mix. Form into four 8-ounce patties. Grill the patties for 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and grill until cooked to desired doneness, another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Meantime, grill the whole jalapenos for a few minutes until blackened. Grill the burger buns until lightly toasted.

Steps:
- Melt the butter in a small frying pan, add the onion and cook on a medium heat until soft and translucent, then cool. Tip the pork into a large bowl and add the onion, egg yolks and thyme. Season well and mix together with your hands - don't overhandle or you will make the burgers tough. Divide the mixture into 4 and shape into burgers. Chill for 30 mins to firm up.
- Heat the barbecue and cook the burgers for 10 mins each side. Top each burger with a slice of cheese, followed by 1 tbsp apple sauce, then return to the barbecue and close the lid, cooking for a further 5 mins to allow the cheese to melt. If your barbecue doesn't have a lid, loosely cover with foil.
- Quickly toast the buns, then serve with the burgers and some salad leaves inside.

QUICK AND EASY PORK BURGERS
Well, I made these up using our favorite ingredients. Ground pork is sometimes less expensive than ground beef. We have also had this with ground turkey and ground chicken. Everyone who has had them says that they are moist and flavorful. They are also easy to make! I usually make 4, we eat 2 and I freeze 2 to cook later. Enjoy! Let me know what you think of these :) .
