This is a delicious, filling recipe that is very quick & easy to prepare. It's definitely not for those watching their waistlines but great as a hearty, comforting treat once in a while.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Scramble fry ground beef until cooked.
- Drain off grease.
- Then add salt, pepper and garlic.
- Add both soups and stir until well blended.
- Heat through on stove and then transfer to 9 X 13 glass pan.
- Cover beef mixture with the french fries.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until fries are crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

My kids love these and so does my husband. It can be made with any ground meat and I serve it with sweet and sour sauce.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon ground beef and 1/2 teaspoon Colby-Monterey Jack cheese onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold each wrapper into a triangle and seal edges together with water.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). The vegetable oil will be ready when bubbles form around the end of a wooden spoon inserted in the oil.
- Fry wontons in the hot oil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

- Cook fries in the oven according to the package.
- In a medium high skillet, brown the beef in 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add the onions and garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Add cheddar cheese.

- Place 1/4 beef mixture in a flat tortilla, add tomato, lettuce, pickles, baked fries, and ketchup and mustard.

- In a large bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 5-7 minutes on each side. Top with cheese; grill, covered, until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes longer., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and honey; spread over cut sides of buns. Top bun bottoms with bacon, burgers, french-fried onions and, if desired, lettuce and tomato. Replace tops.

I make these burgers with caramelized onions and sharp Cheddar cheese. I serve them on brioche buns and eat them plain. Hubby likes to add lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and more fresh onions! With or without all of the topping, they are delicious.

Steps:
- Place ground beef in a bowl and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape into 3 balls. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until onions start to brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the skillet. Add 3 ground beef balls to the same skillet and flatten with a cast iron press or a heavy spatula. Evenly top each patty with onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
- Carefully flip patties over so that the onions are now on the bottom, pressing once again with cast iron press or heavy spatula. Top each with a slice of cheese and cook until cheese is melted and burgers have reached the desired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve on brioche buns.

- Brown and crumble ground beef in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any grease. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, minced onion and salt and pepper to beef. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle some cheddar cheese down the center of each tortilla. Add a few heaping Tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of cheese. Drizzle a little mustard (and more ketchup, if desired) on top of the beef, and then add a couple tomato slices. Roll up each tortilla burrito-style.
- Place wraps, a couple at a time, onto a preheated indoor grill and grill for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Carefully remove wraps from grill and place on a plate. Gently unravel wrap to add some lettuce. Re-roll wrap and then cut in center diagonally. Serve immediately and enjoy! ♥
